HOW LONG DO YOUR TREATS LAST?
Our treats will last at least 3 months if stored properly in original packaging or in an airtight glass/ceramic jar.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If your treats are not received in perfect condition, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to contact us and let us know. Once you contact us, we will ask for a photo of the item that is not in perfect condition to confirm the issue. We will then offer you a replacement item or offer to refund the item, with no need to return the item to us.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! We offer Gift Cards in increments of 5, starting at $10 all the way up to $100!
HOW LONG IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Our processing time is currently 1 - 4 business days. Occasionally, we do get overwhelmed with the amount of love and support from our customers. Please be patient with us while we take the time to return the love 🩵
CAN YOU CUSTOMIZEÂ TREATS?
Yes! If there are specific ingredients you know your fur baby doesn't like, we can absolutely substitute them for something else!
We can also customize treats to fit your fur baby's needs.

We have 2 support sample boxes (Treats and Foraging Mixes) to help your fur babies stay healthy!
